Packing for a Winter Break: Hand Luggage Edition

I am so so excited to be going on a little city break to Dublin for New Years with Ryan tomorrow, a break is very needed for us both. However with only a 15kg suitcase between two of us for 5 nights, some planning is required for my packing, as this girl can't pack light!! I'm going to plan every outfit so that I won't have any excess weight wah, so I need to get all the other essentials that I can (damn you hand luggage liquid limit my Charlotte Tilbury is too precious to be in a suitcase!!!) into my handbag. So here's my hand luggage essentials for a short winter break!

1. Passport - er duh!?

2. Lip Balm/Gloss - I cannot stand having dry and dull lips, I can't leave the house on a normal day without some form of lip balm so obvs I can't leave the country without some!!! I love Nivea Fruity Shine in Watermelon as it leaves a lovely pink tint; and we all have a trusty vaseline tin.

3. Hand Cream - dry hands eugh, no no. I love Hand Food from Soap & Glory to keep my hands nice and soft in the winter.

4. Earphones - Even though our flight is only short, I still can't not take earphones, like everyone I've been loving Biebs album.

5. Camera - I'm hoping to get some good photos in Dublin so I'm taking my trusty Nikon D3300 DSLR.

6. Laptop - I can't go 5 nights without blogging, sorry Ryan.

7. Chewing Gum - Always needed.

8. Tangle Teezer!!! - I have the worlds knottiest hair. I NEVER go anywhere without my tangle teezer.

9. Perfume - I got Paco Rabanne Olmpea for Christmas and I love it, this will be coming with me for a little freshen up when needed.

10. Bobbles - Invisibobbles ofcourse. Necessary.

11. My glasses - I don't have to explain these surely, I only need them for reading but they of course will be in my hand luggage.

As it's a short flight I wont be taking some of the other things you would usually need such as flight socks/pillow, make-up to top up and my adorable little eye mask pictured from Tesco (it came with a matching jumper eeee) for a little snooze.

What are your travelling essentials?

The Blogger Made Me Buy It

I think at least once a week, probably a lot more actually I find myself explaining to my boyfriend that once again I need yet another hair conditioner because 'I read this blog and it sounds amazing and my hair needs it'. He doesn't even ask anymore, he just gives me a look because he knows what's coming.

Let me tell you one thing I've learn't about blogging. It aint good for a shopping addiction. I was already a very bad shopaholic and now every surface, draw, cupboard the lot is so full of beauty products that I'm going to have to start peeling back the floor boards to find somewhere to store it. However my hairs soft and my skins like a dolphins soooo, worth it? YARS.

I've bought loads recently, but I've managed to narrow it down to four of my recent blogger induced buys because these, I absolutely love.

Clinique - Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm - I've wanted to try a cleansing balm for a while now, but after finding a cleansing milk by Soap and Glory that I really liked, I kind of put it aside as I didn't want to mess up my routine. However I'm like a magpie so I always end up wanting the new shiny thing and I kept seeing this pop up. It's £22 so not the cheapest thing ever, but also not ridiculous and I'm very happy that I finally bought it. I've been piling on the festive purple smokey eyes for the past few weeks and it has had no problems getting me fresh faced again. I take a little bit of this (a little bit goes a long way) and massage into my face before using a facial cloth to gently wipe away the day. It doesn't leave any residue, just soft, clean skin!

Nivea Men Post Shave Balm - As a primer ofcourse, not because I shave my face. Although I have heard that you can shave off the ol' peach fuzz, but I don't. Everyonnneeee has been raving about this as a make-up primer and after picking it up at Boots for £2.67 (!!!!) I completely get why! It's amazing! Make-up goes on so much nicer and lasts all day without becoming oily. It smells manly for about 5 seconds, but then you can't smell anything so it's not an issue; and you have to just kind of pour it out, so do this with caution.
WHY didn't I try this sooner. Sorry Mac and Benefit Primers, your going under the floorboards for a while.

Milk_Shake - Incredible Milk 12 Effects Leave In Treatment for all hair types - this does everything. Throw away all your other hair products (maybe not all) because this detangles, adds shine, protects from heat, prevents split ends, helps to maintain colour, adds body and volume and a whole other load of stuff. It smells so unbelievably nice also; I think it smells like Cream Soda, you might think otherwise. My hair is always a mess after a shower and a couple of sprays of this and I can already feel how soft my hair is and how much easier it is to brush through. I absolutely love this because it saves me from having to pile on about 5 different hair products and ending up with greasy hair, faaaaabulous. I got this for £10.75 on Beauty Bay.

Treacle Moon - Sugared Almond Tart Shower/Bath Gel - I keep seeing Treaclemoon popping up on blogs and I think a big reason why these are so popular is the adorable packaging! How cute are the bottles? I can imagine having like ten bottles all lined up looking ridic cute in my bathroom. The Honeycomb Secret has been everywhere at the minute but when I saw this little cutie I actually just couldn't resist the bottle.  They have loads of different scents in shower gels, Body Butters and Scrubs (most shower gels £1.99 in Tesco at the moment) and they all smell lovely and leave your skin lightly scented and so soft.

What have bloggers made you buy this month?

Winter Glow

I love the winter but it doesn't do any favours for my skin, I just love having a tan!! The Christmas party season is upon us and this is my favourite way to get a natural looking sun kissed glow.

Xen-Tan Dark Tanning Lotion - usually £29 in Boots, but on offer currently for £19.33! hurrah!
I like to start with this the night before, I like to make sure I have shaved and exfoliated the day before and I don't apply any moisturiser, this tan is a lotion so it leaves your skin lovely and soft! It's a lovely golden olive-toned colour by the morning that I think looks so natural and once I've had a shower it's always streak free and flawless too! The one thing that I just LOVE about this tan is that is smells ammmmaaazing, like Amaretto, mmmmm.

Victoria Secret Weightless Body Oil - Shea - £12.27. This smells amazing. It makes your skin so soft and leaves it looking so healthy too, creating the perfect sun kissed glow. I put this on about an hour before I'm going to put my dress/outfit on.

Victoria Secret Beach Sexy Instant Bronzing Shimmer Powder - £16 (I bought this a while ago, its on sale at the minute on the website for £12.27) I finish off the process with this bronzing shimmer brush from Victoria Secret just brushing it all over my skin after I've put on the body oil, this adds a little shimmer to your skin and I just love it. If you aren't a glitter person then I don't think this is for you, but I personally love the effect! It looks great on photos too!

I love having that fresh off holiday glow all year round and this creates it!

November Faves

I've come across so many new and amazing things over the last few months making this one a toughy, but in a bid not to bore i've chosen just five things out of the vast selection of my faves to include in this post.

1. Missguided

I've loved Missguided for quite a while now for dresses and 'out out' attire and 2015 has seen them get bigger and better and they've become my favourite online shop for everything! They're so reasonably priced and always have great sales. I picked up the shoes pictured above on Black Friday and I looooveee them, I also got the little selection below of party dresses ready for December, I'm so ready for the festive season!!

2. L'Oreal Paris Extraordinary Rebalancing Facial Oil

I've been eyeing up and trying to do my research on facial oils and i've never been completely sold on one. I have combination/oily skin so i've always been a little dismissive of them as I didn't think i'd ever 'need' one. I happened to just stroll across this one on sale at Boots down from £19.99 to £13.33 (It's still at this price!!) and it's aimed at skin like mine. I snapped it up of course, I mean it was on sale and as previously mentioned i'm a salesmans dream. This however was an impulsive buy that i'm very impressed with! It smells like ginger and my make-up glides on like an absolute dream. It's contains 8 essential oils; Green Oregano; Citronella; Melissa; Lemongrass; Clove; Rosemary; Lavender and Camomile. It tightens your pores and brightens the skin without a greasy residue! I love it!

3. Invisibobbles

If you haven't tried these yet then I just don't even know what to say. I will never go back to normal bobbles after I have found these lil beauties! Never has having your hair tied up all day been so comfortable. The big hoo hah with them is that they don't kink your hair... they do still kink mine a little so, that's not great, but they don't pull out any of your hair and I can have my hair tied up for days paaaaaain free. Yay!

4. New Look - Pure Dusk

£12.99 for a 100ml bottle of perfume? Erm i'll take 5! This perfume has a lot of substance and staying power and I forever get compliments on it. Its a deep and I hate to say it but it seems very appropriate but dusky smell. It entwines the elegance of iris with the strength of patchouli and the sweetness of a gourmend blend (I stole that from the webiste) basically it smells pretty damn fine, they have a couple to choose from, all lovely!

5. Real Techniques - Expert Face Brush

I'm a big Real Techniques Brush fan, this is actually one of the first ones I ever got years ago and I loved it, however I had it next to a candle and it fell into the wax and its taken me up until now to replace it (I fell for the stippling brush for a while). £9.99 from Boots and I find that it's a great all rounder, I apply my foundation with it when I want fuller coverage and blend my concealer and contour with it too. I feel that this teamed with a Beauty Blender creates such flawless results so it's landed in my favourites!

Salted Caramel Birthday Cupcakes

I'm pretty sure most of you know how to make a basic vanilla cupcake, but I'm gon' tell you anyway. I made these cute little Salted Caramel Cupcakes for my boyfriends birthday, yea they aren't very manly but they taste delicious.

For the cupcakes you'll need:

175g of Softened Butter or Margarine, I used butter (unsalted)
175g of Caster Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Salted Caramel Flavouring (I got mine from Tesco) or you can stick with Vanilla
3 Eggs
175g of Self Raising Flour
2 Tablespoons of Milk (Optional but I always add it in)

Pre-heat your oven to 170 C/Gas Mark 3

The first step is to cream the Butter and Sugar together, a recipe will usually recommend using a whisk but I like to use the old back of a wooden spoon and a big mixing bowl. Once its mixed to a light and fluffy texture, add the flavouring and the eggs mixing in between each egg. This is where I bring out the hand whisk, so that its thoroughly mixed and smooth. I then add the flour and mix using a silicone spatula bit by bit.  Spoon it in to your cupcake cases and get them in the oven for around 20 minutes. Once cooked they'll need to be popped onto a cooling rack for about 30 minutes, you don't want runny buttercream or icing!

For the Buttercream:

140g/5oz of Softened Butter (Unsalted)
280g/1oz of Icing Sugar
1-2 Tablespoons of Milk
Food colouring if desired

This is very simple, slowly add the icing sugar to the butter and beat until smooth adding the food colouring if you want. I then used a piping bag, I cut down a smooth round nozzle so that the icing would be thick and smooth and piped them onto each cake. Then add whatever decorations you want! Simple!

Lush 'New' Shampoo

Lush is one of my favourite shops, I cannot go to the Trafford Centre without a quick trip for a bath bomb. Lets be honest at this time of year there is literally nothing better then a hot bath with one of Lush's many beautiful products, before putting on your fluffiest pyjamas and snuggling into bed. Bliss.

This week on my shopping trip after picking up the Cinders Bath Bomb; the scent is described as like 'hot fruit punch' but I would describe it as heaven. It's that good. I also picked up the 'New' Solid Shampoo Bar for £5.95. I've been apprehensive of these, as I'm one of those people who shampoo's twice most of the time and can never understand how people run out of conditioner before they run out of shampoo, but I cannot even believe how well this works, once you lather it up a bit its just like a normal shampoo and dries again like its never been used.

I'm also someone who is obsessed with anything that claims to make your hair grow, and reviews suggest that this lil cutie does just that. The ingredients of Cinnamon, Clove and Peppermint stimulate your scalp - hence the claims that it makes your hair grow, it of course smells lovely too, plus rosemary which then soothes and adds a lovely shine.

What also made me feel so happy with my purchase is that it supposedly lasts for 60-80 washes!! I'm hoping that not only will this help my hair out but it'll help my bank out too as it lasts so long! I'll have to keep you updated on this one.

Has anyone used any of there other shampoo bars?

Pixi Beauty

I have been eyeing up these babies for far too long and since getting into blogging again I kept seeing them EVERYWHERE. So here I am, the proud owner (finally) of the Pixi Glow Tonic £18 and Make-up Fixing Mist £16. Both purchased from Marks & Spencer's.

The Glow Tonic an exfoliating toner which I use after cleansing both morning and night. It contains Aloe Vera & Ginseng and removes dead skin cells and helps to tone, firm and tighten the skin, leaving as promised in the name a lovely glow. After using it for just over a week now, it really does make my skin look and feel really fresh and firm. You can simply google this product and so many great reviews come up claiming that it has helped to banish break-outs; fade acne scarring and add radiance to dull and sensitive skin.

The Make-up Fixing Mist with Rose Water & Green Tea helps to keep your make-up on throughout the day; and give it a little spruce when needed. I just love how fresh this feels, I spray it, as recommended before I apply my make-up, after and then a couple of times a day to refresh and hydrate my face. I love a little spray after a few hours at the office when the heating has been on full blast to freshen up my make-up when it's starting to melt off.

I am so happy I finally got my hands on these! So worth it.

Tanya Burr Lipgloss

I'm not one for wearing a full face of make-up everyday, but the one thing that I hate to be without is some form of Lip Balm or Lip Gloss. I'm one of those people that has around 3 or 4 just hanging around at the bottom of my bag and yet still I buy more when I find myself browsing in Boots on my lunch break. These are my newest purchases that I love so much I had to share. Tanya Burr Cosmetics Lip Glosses - I picked mine up from Superdrug for around £5.99.

I mean for starters, the price? Bargainnnnnnn.

I picked up Afternoon Tea (the lovely pink shade) which is perfect for everyday as it just adds a delicate touch of pink to a 'just hopped out of bed, I wanted five more minutes in bed' minimal make-up look; and Berry Picking which is a dark and sparkly red, which I would never normally choose but this one is just lovely for autumn and nights out paired with a classic winged eyeliner.

They aren't sticky or gloopy and they last long enough so that I don't have to forever keep fishing in my Mary Poppins bag to keep re-applying. My lips feel soft and moisturised even as the winter months creep up on us and there are so many other lovely colours to pick from! Big thumbs up from me.

The product I cannot live without

So I was writing down a view ideas for blog posts for the next week, and I was trying to think about the one thing that I could not be without, the one product that I go into an absolute bitch fit style paddy when I can't find or when I've ran out unprepared. I couldn't think of anything that I really rely on and use daily that would look really pretty and girly on my blog, I don't wear loads of make-up during the week so any gorgeously packaged palettes would have just been for the sake of a nice photo.

Looking around my room I saw my one true love, aside from my phone (and Ryan) this bad boy is the one thing that I have used consistently for years and unless I start having Botox in my armpits to stop me sweating, I can't see me ever not loving this product. This isn't going to be a long post as it's just deodrant but I've recommended this to everyone since i've used it. I'm sure A LOT of people have heard of this, all my friends (and boyfriend who is amazed by it too) that I've ranted to about it and that have actually gone out and bought it love it too. This stuff is just amazing, I rarely sweat unless i'm at the gym (if you're not sweating there then you're doing something wrong sister!) and you can smell fresh as a daisy alllllll day long. I'm not a wonder woman or one of those lucky people that have never really perspired (eugh) so this will work just as well for pretty much everyone!

I always pick mine up from Boots or somewhere like Tesco for around £4.99 and I usually go for the Sure Women Maximum Protection Anti-perspirant Deodrant Cream in Sport Strength (the red one) purely because I love the smell, but they didn't have this one on my last trip so I got the Stress Control (pictured above). Dove also do a version which is just as fab! They claim that they work better at night whilst you sleep as your body is at its resting temperature, so helllloooo hot baths and a quick apply of this beaut before bed and an extra half an hour cosy in bed in the morning still dry and fresh!

I'm sorry this isn't the most interesting post, but I just wanted to share my wonder product to a few more people!

The Library Of Fragrance

These little beauties have fast become my favourite perfumes and I haven't been leaving the house without having one in my bag. If you haven't heard of The Library of Fragrance then you need to get straight on their website! (www.thelibraryoffragrance.com), you can also pick them up at Boots. Their scents go from strange to quite literally outrageous including options such as Rain, Wet Grass and Play-Doh. However in the mix of what I think could be the greatest secret Santa gift selection ever (There's even a Gin and Tonic for your friend that might enjoy a good drink or two) there is some perfect everyday smells. I chose:

Vanilla Ice Cream - which smells like Candy Floss and I just adore it. I know that some people don't love sweet smells but this one really lasts and in my opinion smells divine!

Pineapple - this smells like skittles and perhaps is a little too sweet, still lovely but doesn't last that long; so a good fragrance to pop in your bag for work.

Cherry Blossom - this has a little more substance than the others, it's a light floral scent with a hint of cherry, I haven't given this one chance enough yet to know it's lasting power. I'm guilty of liking Vanilla Ice Cream too much!

They range from £9.99 to £15 but if you keep an eye on the Boots website they usually sell them at 2 for £25 for those that are individually priced at £15. The thing that I love most about the website is that they give you a list of options for scents that you can layer, one of my favourite options is Marshmallow layered with Bonfire or Fireplace creating what I can only imagine is a Toasted Marshmallow fragrance! How adorable!

I'm hoping to find some more of these in my Christmas Stocking if any of my family or friends are reading this!

Ways to stay focused on your Health & Fitness

Bikini season is officially over in the UK, there's Quality Street everywhere you look and the idea of cuddling up in front of the TV with a festive film and a giant Hot Chocolate and Baileys is all just too tempting. Keeping fit and healthy is the last thing on our minds as the days get shorter and a whole lot colder, but it's still important to me to keep in shape and to not feel sluggish and fall ill over the festive period. I find it tough to keep up the motivation that I had in summer to work out, so I thought i'd share a few ways that I find help me through the colder seasons!

Switch up the way you workout

I remember when I first started going to the gym, the weight section was daunting, so the treadmill or the bike it was. You can quickly become bored or lose motivation if you don't change your workouts (your body and muscles get bored too, meaning slower progress). I now opt for home workouts 9/10 times. I like to use the SWORKIT app, which you can download via the App Store on iPhones, but there is probably hundreds of great apps and websites which offer a huge variety of home workouts that don't require equipment! SWORKIT offers everything from a Cardio Bootcamp to Pilates and Yoga, you can chose areas that you want to focus on and how long you want to work out for. There's something that seems a little less chore like about a home workout after a day at the office, if i've had a particularly stressful day I can do Yoga for half an hour or when I'm feeling good then jump squats it is!

Buy some new work out gear

You will have heard this one before, but it really works. You can't say no to a jog when you've just bought pretty new Nikes, and when those bright patterned yoga pants are staring at you every time you open your draw, you know that that yoga class just got a whole lot more appealing. I recently bought (fell in love with) the sports bra pictured above from Stella McCartney's line at Adidas, Stella Sport. I got mine in a sale because they are a little pricey, but you can get some equally gorgeous ones for a lot cheaper.  I love Sports Direct for all my gym wear, those running shorts are even better when they're a bargain.

Set yourself goals and track your progress

It's easy to slip into a lazy mindset when you feel like you aren't working towards something or making any progress. I find that keeping a food diary helps; whilst my sister for example likes to count calories via the My Fitness Pal App - you can also log any exercise so that it can keep you fully updated on any weight loss progress. After losing some weight last year and dropping to a size 6-8 my new goal for this year was to get toned and stronger and to just feel good. It's no longer all about what I look like, I want to be healthy and what you put inside your body is so crucial. When they say that your body is made in the kitchen they mean it. Now I have a HUGE sweet tooth and if you think i'm ever giving up pizza then you can think again. It's all about finding a good balance and i've found that when I keep a food diary I actually feel guilty about writing down the fact that i'm onto my third bag of crisps for the day. I put the packet down and feel that little sense of achievement when what i've ate for the day doesn't look all that bad. It keeps me on track and motivated and I feel in control of my diet without counting every calorie which is the best thing for me. When I have idea of where I want to be and by when it doesn't seem like such a burden.

Leave your comfort zone

The excitement and fear of the unknown. Try a spin class, go to hot yoga or simply try some new foods. When my motivation takes a little dip I like to seek out something new. Even if it's just finally taking the plunge and getting on that strange machine in the gym when it's quietthe one you've been trying to suss out how to use for months by watching other people from the safety of your cross trainer. You'll come out of that workout feeling proud and maybe a little excited to go back the next day and use it again. I try to no longer be too hard on myself. You have to push yourself if you want results, but sometimes it's okay to ditch the diet for that Dominoes you've craving. Balance is key.

Soap & Glory: Skincare

It's taken me a while to find and stick with a skincare routine that consistently works really well for me. I've always loved Soap and Glory but I never really ventured into their growing skincare range. I've previously spoken of my love for The Body Shop's Vitamin C range, and it still holds the top spot when it comes to Moisturiser and Serums.  However in regards to cleansers and face washes; I was a huge fan of Philosophy's: Purity Cleanser and Microdelivery Exfoliating Face Wash.

When my supply of Philosophy was running low and I went to Boots to purchase more, I came across the Soap and Glory: Peaches and Clean Deep Cleansing Milk £8 which started the love affair. Apart from the adorable name it promises to melt away make-up which is what I need a cleanser for right? It does just that and leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean and luminous. I recently added the Total Drama Clean Magnetizing Micellar Water £6 which I use after i've cleansed to remove the last bits of panda eye that i've missed removing those pesky last traces of my eye make-up.

I also recently purchased The Daily Youth Foamy Moisture Face Wash £9 - which I use in the mornings to wash off any overnight serums/creams away, it has smoothing melt-in microbeads that gently polish your skin without stripping any moisture leaving a lovely glow and a perfect canvas for the days make-up. I also purchased The Greatest Scrub of All Face Polish £9, this contains salicylic acid-loaded scrub beads which makes my skin so smooth! I only use this around twice a week, as for my skin personally it is too harsh for anything more.

I love Soap and Glory's packaging for all of their products and you will usually find them on offer in Boots. This is a skincare routine that I think I will be sticking to for a while!

Does anyone use any of their other products that they would highly recommend?

Charlotte Tilbury: Magic Foundation & Beach Stick

Although like every girl I love my make-up, I have always tried not to wear a lot unless I'm going on a night out with the girls; or its date night! My skin has never been great until now, so I never wanted to do anything to irritate it further so I tried to be 'fresh faced' whenever I could. However Charlotte Tilbury recently came to Selfridges in the Trafford Centre, and even though I'd read so many amazing reviews about the make-up, I never thought about buying some. But then I read about these beauties the Magic Foundation and Beach Sticks and I just couldn't help myself.

The Magic Foundation - £29.50 promotes 'Flawless, Poreless Long-Lasting Coverage' and after using it for about a month now; pretty much every day, I LOVE IT! It lasts all day without me having to do any touch ups (I have always had quite oily skin FYI) and I don't ever feel like I'm wearing a lot of make-up. It's magic because of its ingredients, Laricyl - which helps to improve skins firmness, Hyaluronic Filling Spheres - which absorb into the skin to make it plump and Supercharged Vitamin C (VC-IP) - I have previously touched on my love for Vitamin C in terms of skin; it makes your face just glow! This is by far become my favourite foundation, and although it maybe doesn't beat my Mac Studio Fix for coverage on a bad skin day, it still offers great coverage and makes my skin look and feel healthy and amazing!

I then use the Beach Stick - £30 for contouring as I purchased it in the shade Ibiza which is a nice bronzing 'I've just been to Ibiza' tan shade, but you can purchase this is a few other lovely pink and red shades which can be used on your cheeks and lips (as can Ibiza). I love how easily this blends creating a sun kissed glow, I apply it directly onto my face and use a Real Techniques - Expert Face Brush or Stippling Brush to blend it onto my cheekbones, temples and forehead. It's creates a gorgeous subtle glow and again has ingredients which are great for your skin.

I can't wait to start trying out all of the different products, they are a little pricey, but if it's not enough that these look amazing and don't do your skin any harm then the gorgeous rose gold packaging has to have you sold! I can't recommend these products enough!

Charles Worthington Thicker & Fuller 3 Step Regime

It is rare that I am ever impressed enough by a shampoo and conditioner that I re-purchase them, in fact I usually throw them half full into the airing cupboard before running to Boots because i've seen something advertised to be 'better'. I'm forever reading glowing reviews online and in magazines about new hair products that promise to make your locks like Rapunzels; and i'm a salesman's dream, so I never stick to one. However along came these beauties that i've been using since August now.

Charles Worthington Thicker and Fuller Range is my new ultimate favourite. After pretty much ruining my hair; bleaching it platinum blonde for years and not giving it any TLC, it's safe to say it wasn't in the best condition.  I've spent years trying to get it healthy and although it's done pretty well, the difference i've seen after using these products is amazing! My hair has grown at a much faster rate, and its promise to make it thicker and fuller is one that it keeps. I shampoo and condition as normal and then apply the scalp tonic to my roots which is easy to distribute with the long applicator nozzle.

If your hair is in need of a little help then I can't recommend this enough! It makes mine look so healthy and strong and I don't feel like its just a temporary fix. I have finally found a hair care routine that I want to stick to (at least for a while). I bought mine from Boots for £6.99 each for the shampoo and conditioner and £7.99 for the scalp tonic.

I've said adios to bad hair days... finally!
